The townhouse was just as described! Clean, well decorated space. We enjoyed the weekend in Oxford visiting our daughter and friends. Close to the square and Ole Miss. Would definitely stay again!!

Kim was super helpful, responsive and friendly! The condo was fresh and well maintained. The 3 bedrooms and full baths were a huge plus, with one bedroom on the bottom floor for my elderly mother. The complex was safe, clean and had a nice pool and soon to open coffee shop directly across from the unit. I liked the option of a free bus to drop off in the square and campus. Would be a good game day option to avoid the hassle of parking.

We had a fabulous stay in Kim's place. She was super responsive and helpful when I reached out to her. Kim was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The location was close to many options for things to do and restaurants. Everything in the was extremely neat, clean & comfortable. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Great brand new space. Set up just for this purpose with the separate full baths for each room. Very clean. You can tell the host is quite experienced as they created the perfect space.

Kim’s townhouse was perfect for our short stay for an Ole Miss football game. Close to the Square and campus and clean! We were able to fit our pack n’ play in the bedroom walk-in closet for our toddler to sleep in, which gave us even more room! The TV is also set up to be able to log in to streaming services. The bathrooms are spacious and the shower heads are spa quality!
