Welcome to Oxford, MS! My name is Kim, owner of two identical, centrally located townhomes in the sought-after Rowandale neighborhood. I have been hosting Airbnbs for over 4 years, and I designed these properties specifically to give guests a getaway that is cozy but not cluttered and with all the amenities they need for a carefree visit – a place that would make travelers feel right at home. I hope that will be your experience as well!
These Oxford vacation rentals are a comfy respite for all types of guests, from parents visiting students at Ole Miss, alumni enjoying a weekend football game, and corporate travelers who want a home away from home. The Laureates have proven especially convenient for professionals relocating to Oxford. It's an ideal home base that offers month-to-month flexibility while they shop for a permanent home, or serves as temporary housing for locum tenens/traveling nurses at nearby Baptist Hospital.
I spend my time between Oxford, MS and Denver, CO. Together with Jaclyn, who helps to clean and keep the homes in tip-top repair, we are always on hand to make your stay perfect.

MAIN LEVEL
On the main level, you'll find a combined living room, kitchen and breakfast bar, as well as a powder room and queen bedroom with its own en suite bathroom. The queen bedroom and spacious bathroom are easily accessible for multi-generational groups and travelers who prefer to avoid stairs in their vacation rental home.
UPPER LEVEL
The upper level is home to two king bedrooms each with their own en suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. The front bedroom also has a private balcony overlooking Rowandale's main street and pool. Also upstairs, you'll find the added ease of a washer and dryer.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD & BEYOND
Outside your front door is Oxford-University Transit's bus stop, that will take you nearly anywhere in Oxford. On Ole Miss game days, it runs a special schedule to make getting to and from the stadium a breeze without the hassle of parking. Around the Rowandale neighborhood, you'll find plenty of parking and quiet neighbors. Also across the street is the community's resort-style pool, complemented by nearby pickleball and basketball courts. It's everything you could wish for in a vacation rental!
